What we do
We do not sell catalogues.
We build the trip around you.
Whether it is a week in the Caribbean, a cruise or three days in Milan, we always start with the same question: what do you want to bring back? Then we go looking until we find it.
Tailor-made trips
Some trips do not fit in a package. Tell us what you picture and we design the whole route, from the flight to the late afternoon walk that never makes it into the brochures.
Cruises
Waking up in a different country without packing again. We help you pick the ship, the cabin and the route, because that is where the difference between a good cruise and an unforgettable one lives.
Family holidays
Travelling with children has its own rules. We pick hotels with connecting rooms, short distances and a pool in sight, so the holiday is a holiday for you too.
City breaks
Four days is enough to change the mood of an entire month. Rome, Milan, Amsterdam or Prague, with flight and hotel settled in one conversation and on the right weekend.
Groups and occasions
Milestone birthdays, stag and hen weekends, trips with friends that have been postponed for three years. We get everyone onto the same plane, including whoever decides at the last minute.

A minute of questions, or a message if you prefer. You do not need anything decided. "A week of sun in May without spending a fortune" is enough for us to start.

We search and compare
We cross-check operators, airlines and hotels, including the ones only agencies can see. It is the part that takes us hours and it is exactly why we exist.

You get a proposal
Two or three real options, final price up front, what is included and what is not. Within 48 to 72 hours, no small print and no surprises at the end.

You book and you go
We handle the booking and the staged payments. You keep the direct contact of the consultant looking after you, in case the flight is delayed or you change plans halfway.

One at a time.
Love Miles Travel is a travel consultancy, run remotely and working with clients across the country. You tell us what you want the next holiday to feel like, and we work out how: comparing operators, airlines and hotels until the sums add up.
Every request is assigned to one consultant, the same one, from the first quote to the return flight. They are the one who knows you are bringing two children, that you hate dawn layovers and that your birthday falls mid-trip. And they are the one you call if the flight is delayed in Amsterdam at eleven at night.
We work with licensed operators and every booking is issued by an agency registered with Turismo de Portugal. The trip is yours. The tedious part is ours.

Ask on WhatsAppDoes booking with you cost more?
No. You pay what you would pay the operator directly, and often less, because we have access to fares and campaigns that are not on public websites. The operator pays for our work through commission. It costs you nothing.
How do you work?
Remotely, and deliberately so: the time we do not spend waiting for anyone, we spend comparing options for people who have already written to us. We talk by WhatsApp, phone, email or video call, at whatever time suits you, and it is always the same person on the other end.
Where are your clients based?
All over the country, and Portuguese clients living abroad too. Since everything is handled remotely, your address changes nothing about the service or the price.
Are the bookings licensed and protected?
Yes. Every trip is issued by an agency registered with the Portuguese National Register of Travel Agents and Tourism, with the mandatory guarantee fund. The registration number appears on every proposal and in the footer of this page.
How does payment work?
Usually a deposit on booking and the balance around 30 days before departure, though this varies with the operator and how early you book. Payment always goes to the issuing agency, by transfer, MB Way or card, with a receipt. You never hand cash to anyone.
How long until I get a proposal?
We confirm we have your request within 24 hours. The proposal with two or three options usually arrives in 48 to 72 hours, depending on how many operators we need to check for your destination.
What if something happens during the trip?
You speak to the consultant responsible for your trip, not a call centre. Delayed flight, a problem at the hotel, a change of plan halfway: we sort it with whoever issued the booking while you are still there.
Do you only do honeymoons?
No. Honeymoons are part of what we do, but most of the trips we organise are family holidays, cruises, city breaks and group travel. If it involves booking a flight and a bed, we can probably help.
